Cancellation Policy

All appointments require at least 24-hour notice. If your appointment was NOT cancelled within 24-hour notice to Limitless Therapy, you will be charged 50% of your appointment fee. No call no shows will be charged 100% of your appointment fee.

Payment

All payments are due at time of services rendered.

 

Accepted forms of payment are Credit/Debit Cards and Cash. Superbill can be given upon request.

Late Arrival

Your appointment time starts at your scheduled time, unfortunately, time will not be added to your session if you arrive past your scheduled time.
