How long is a session?

It depends, most sessions are an hour in length. Session time includes set up, discussion, recommendations, messages, etc.

What ages do you work with? Do you see babies?

I work with all ages!

YES! I work with infants that may have feeding difficulties, tightness, plagiocephaly, torticollis, and more.

Why would a parent bring a baby for CranioSacral Therapy?

I have been a Pediatric Occupational Therapist for 15 years working with children of all ages in various settings. I have a deep understanding and knowledge of infant and child development. I use my Occupational Therapy knowledge to assist in overall development and use CranioSacral Therapy to calm the nervous system, release muscle tension, improve feeding, improve success of frenectomy, and so much more!

What is a typical session like?

An evaluation will review all medical information, completion of client forms (if not completed prior to session), and discussion of goals/intention for the session.

A follow-up session starts with discussion of any changes noticed since your last session and if recommendations were given, they will be reviewed

After our discussion and updates your CranioSacral and/or Reiki sessions will begin. Services are performed on a massage table, fully clothed. The environment is quiet, calm, and safe.

Craniosacral Therapy is performed using light touch to release restrictions and tension held within the body.

Reiki is performed mostly with hands slightly above the body or gently placed on the body using healing energy to remove energy blocks or stagnant energy to encourage movement and flow of energy.

What do I need to bring?

Not much! I recommend bringing a blanket, some people like the comfort of having a blanket during sessions and others will feel cold. Dress comfy and bring some water if you choose.

Do I need an evaluation?

Yes, an evaluation is required for new clients.

What is your cancellation policy?

All appointments require at least 24-hour notice. If your appointment was not cancelled within 24-hour notice to Limitless Therapy, you will be charged 50% of your appointment fee. No call no shows will be charged 100% of your appointment fee.

What is an Occupational Therapist?

An Occupational Therapist (OT) helps people of all ages participate in the things they want and need to do through the therapeutic use of everyday activities (occupations). OT's help people function in all of their environments (home, work school, etc.) and address the physical, psychological, and cognitive aspects of their well-being through engagement in occupation. What is Reiki?

Reiki is a form of healing. Energy is channeled to facilitate natural healing to restore emotional and physical well-being.

What is CranioSacral Therapy?

From the Upledger Institute:

CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the functioning of a physiological body system called the craniosacral system - comprised of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord. Using a soft touch generally no greater than 5 grams, or about the weight of a nickel, practitioners release restrictions in the craniosacral system, which has been shown to improve the functioning of the central nervous system, as well as many other systems of the body, such as digestive, musculoskeletal, respiratory, circulatory, and more. CST has also been shown to help with the physical components related to such somatic conditions as Post Traumatic Stress, depression and anxiety. Check out
