I am so glad you have come to my site. I am Melissa, owner of Limitless Therapy. I am married and have two sons. I love crystals, healing, animals, nature, the beach, great food, and coffee! Here is a little more about me professionally.

As an Occupational Therapist, I have worked in both public and private schools and Early Intervention working with all ages from babies to teenagers. I worked in an acute care setting with adults. In an outpatient setting, I worked with children and adults. I currently work in Early Intervention working with children 0-3 years of age.

The primary conditions I have worked with in pediatrics include, developmental delays, neurological disorders, autism spectrum disorder, sensory processing disorders, orthopedic conditions, motor coordination delays, plagiocephaly, pre/post frenectomy, and torticollis to name a few.

The primary conditions I have worked with in adults include pain management, anxiety, depression, migraines, headaches, multiple sclerosis, pre- and post-surgery wellness, PTSD, and gastrointestinal disorders.

My passion is helping people of all ages. Adults that want to heal and believe their bodies can heal. Infants, babies, and children to assist in releasing muscle tension, improving self-regulation, consultation with parents using my OT skills to improve functioning.

Through my own healing and transformation, I believe in the importance of mind, body, and spirit connection.

Once my own healing journey began it was very difficult to do my job as an occupational therapist in various "traditional" settings. The “rules and regulations” made me question my purpose. I finally took a leap of faith to pursue my passion to help people of all ages using traditional and non-traditional approaches.

I started Limitless Therapy, LLC to help people that want to actively participate in their own healing because the mind, body, and spirit are limitless. I am so appreciative to be a part of your healing journey. Transformation and change are so powerful and unique to each person. I cannot wait to meet you!

My goal is to help people throughout the life span by enhancing their quality of life, despite any diagnosis or symptoms. As an occupational therapist, I focus on what is important to my client and treat the whole person (mind, body, spirit) in order to achieve their goals.

I received my Bachelor's Degree (2006) and Master's Degree (2007) from Thomas Jefferson University, PA.  I am a licensed Occupational Therapist in the State of New Jersey and nationally registered through NBCOT.

I received and continue to enhance my CranioSacral Therapy training through the Upledger Institute (www.upledger.com). My Master Level Teacher training in Usui Reiki was completed with Julia Treat (juliatreat.com).
